Five-Minute
Interview with the Chiefs of Game Developers by Jade
Dragon
Have you
ever wondered about who the people are behind the games you love?
What they look like? What they eat? Well, I came up with 5 questions
for my five-minute interview with the leaders of popular game software
companies. We will feature one Chief each week. And I've also got
a photo of each Chief I've interviewed, so that you can see what
they look like. As for what they eat, that's highly classified information.
Interview: Jade Dragon:What would you say Monkeystone's mission
is within 5 sentences?
Mr. Romero:Monkeystone's
mission is to create fun, small games for as many platforms as we
can, especially wireless devices.
Jade Dragon:What
will be the exciting things coming out this year from Monkeystone?
Mr. Romero:We
recently published Argentum for the Pocket PC and will be publishing
Baseball Mogul 2003 for the Pocket PC soon. Later this year, the
Game Boy Advance version of Hyperspace Delivery Boy! will make it
to store shelves in time for Christmas and the desktop PC version
of HDB is already out with full voice dialogue and enhanced sound.

for demos and information.
Jade Dragon:What
do you have to say to the Monkeystone fans out there?
Mr. Romero:We're
all committed to making fun games, games that we love to play, and making
them in a short amount of time so there's more to go around. No waiting
3 years for a game from us again!
Jade Dragon:What
is your number one favorite game?
Mr. Romero:Chrono
Trigger for the SNES.
Jade Dragon:How
often do you play games?
Mr. Romero:Every
day. Currently, I am playing Jedi Knight II, Dungeon Siege and Ghost Recon:
Desert Siege.
