Five-Minute
Interview with the Chiefs of Game Developers by Jade
Dragon
Have you
ever wondered about who the people are behind the games you love?
What they look like? What they eat? Well, I came up with 5 questions
for my five-minute interview with the leaders of popular game software
companies. We will feature one Chief each week. And I've also got
a photo of each Chief I've interviewed, so that you can see what
they look like. As for what they eat, that's highly classified information.
The First Chief we have is Hongsuk Lee,
the Vice President of ZIO Interactive's Mobile Business Development
Team (translation: PDA and Phone Game Geek Group) in Korea. He is
the man behind such power games as Ultima
Underworld, Tiger Woods PGA
Tour and ZIO Golf. Mr. Lee went to Yonsei University and University
of Missouri (Columbia), and was a bigwig at Samsung Electronics before
he went in Games! Thank God!
Interview: Jade Dragon:What would you say ZIO's mission is within
5 sentences?
Mr. Lee:"The
Next Generation in Mobile Gaming." ZIO Interactive's pursuit
is to be the leading global company through various contents and
software inhabited on all types of Mobile devices, which will meet
the evolving needs of various customers.
Jade Dragon:What
will be exciting titles coming out this year from ZIO?
Mr. Lee:Age
of Empires®, Need for Speed, Spawn® and Epic Chess.
Jade Dragon:What
do you have to say to the ZIO fans out there?
Mr. Lee:Hi
Folks! Really thanks to every ZIO fan. ZIO will continue to deliver rich
interactive contents and provide ultimate gaming experience on your PDA
that you keep with it throughout the day.
Jade Dragon:What
is your number one favorite game?
Mr. Lee:My
number one favorite game?? Well, I enjoy SimCity 2000.
I have SimCity 2000 installed both on my desktop and Pocket PC.
