I've had my Tungsten E for 13 months and have recently been experiencing screen/stylus issues as well as power off issues...

1)I find I have some dead spots in my screen when it comes to dragging items or tapping items (especially noticeable when playing solitaire)

2)I cannot seen to access the little keyboard pad on the (ABC on graffiti area)... all that shows up are "."

Yes I have re-digitized (several times) and yes I have hard re-set it...

Any comments would be appreciated.
