This problem occurs when you put your ipaq 6365 on flight mode then afterwards when you turn "on" the phone, it will say that "the phone is not ready", or when you pass by an area without phone coverage then if the signal comes back it will say the same.

Whenever this problem occurs, perform a soft reset..it always works
