Greetings all

This is my first post on this forum... so be kind!
I have just purchased an hp2215. I an trying to delete the business,personal, and town categories that seem to be standard on this and add some of my own. I can go into add/delete and delete them but they still show up with a message in () that says not in Category List. ex. Business(not in Category List)

Any thoughts on how to peremently delete these so that the ones that I add will show up?
