IPAQ 1945 Drops Bluetooth GPS Signal

My IPAQ 1945 drops the Bluetooth GPS signal to my Rikaline 6030 GPS receiver. Anyone know the correct GPS receiver and port to select for tomtom3 software or any other fixes?
