I am assisting a pair of young users to install their new palm software on an XP machine...the Tungsten E is following very unsuccessful TJ27 installation attempts and KB100 difficulties...now the new keyboards and new Palm software does not seem to want to install...Is there a known difficulty and a method for uninstalling and reinstalling that can get these new Palm's up and running???
