Please help me with synching problem. I get nowhere with Dell Support.. I have not been able to synch and it appears that the problem initially is that I am unable to create a partnership. my pc is XP Professional I have McAfee firewall and antivirus I am using MS Outlook and MS Activesync. the error I get when i try to synch is "no communication" let me know if you need any more info... I love the X30 and dont want to have to send it back but I get nowhere with Dell's Customer Careless..... Thanks Birch
