Yes, and Palm has lots of advantages too. You could find hundreds of pages debating this subject if you Googled it, but my personal opinion is that if you are an inexperienced user and you just want PIM functionality, get a Palm; if you want to use WiFi, Internet, and other more advanced features, get a PocketPC.

I find Palms easier to use and PocketPCs more powerful.
