No response from them since my last post, I called and left a message and emailed tech support

and its been 9 days.

Is there a way to just reinstall the Windows Mobile OS? I don't have any valuable data or anything.

Get this, there is also this weird security popup for a program called Kerberos? It wants me to login with a username and password but when I click cancel it goes away. It pops up every once in a while and I click cancel to make it go away.

There's got to be some way to just wipe it all out so I don't have to deal with these little annoyances lol.
