Funny thing about that. The cable/cord was caught on something and pulled apart. Didn?t have chance to really test well. Cingular or anybody else doesn?t seem to sell that 'included' item separately. But that style ear piece won?t stay in my one ear at all. (Old high school wrestling issue)
Ones in the past that have been the best are the ones with tube or piece that directs sound into ear. Not the Motorola types that are flat and lay against ear.
