As far as I know, RealPlayer for Windows Mobile is "abandonware," although you could try installing it if you haven't already.

RTSP is not actually a file format, but rather a transfer protocol. It is proprietary and rarely supported by any other programs besides RealPlayer, although it's possible someone has written another WM program for this purpose.
