The online review faulted the iPod for "no flash support" and no iSight Camera plus the battery which is sealed; If I am correct, then these complaints have been addressed by Steve Job's own explanation of HTML5 over Flash; the fact that that the iPad has an external out jack for a camera kit if required, and my own research which came down to sending the i Pad back to Apple when the battery does in fact die. If the battery were replaceable than the device would be so much more thicker!
