Had one of the original BlackBerry Pearls. Transferring the address book from my work Microsoft Outlook was no problem. Now I have upgraded to the 8330 Smartphone, downloaded the new BlackBerry Desktop Manager, and am having no luck transferring my address book. Has anyone else experienced this problem and/or found a solution?
