The included smart Lithium Ion 3 cell battery is 2600 mAh (at 11.1v). That's similar to some other subnotebook batteries (a little more juice than the Fujitsu P1500D but less than some Sony models). I haven't seen the extended 6 cell but I'd guess that will be around 5,000 mAh.
