The Next Generation of BlackBerry Curve Waiting in the Wings

Am I the only one feeling the US users have been left out of the BlackBerry Bold launch or is this the the calm before the perfect storm? It looks like in addition to the new colors added to T-Mobile BlackBerry Curve and the Verizon Curve and Pearl, we will see some new BlackBerry devices coming to the US market in the coming months. One of them looks like will be the update to the wildly popular BlackBerry Curve, codename Javelin. The specs

The specs might be a little different for each US carriers but the basic specs seem to have set at:

-512 MHz Processor
-256 MB onboard flash memory (more room for apps)
-Built-in Wi-Fi
-Integrated GPS
-3.2MP camera
-BES 5.0 support
-480 x360 LCD
-microSD slot with SDHC support

Looking at the specs, we might not be so disappointed with no BlackBerry Bold insight here. The Javelin is faster more fun (3.2MP camera and the high res screen) and plenty of BlackBerry special features (WiFi and GPS). Let's hope that we don't have to wait for too long!
