Faster than a speeding phone: HP iPAQ 910c ROM update out

Our HP iPAQ 910c came with the most recent ROM, but some of the first that shipped apparently came with an earlier ROM that had a few quirks (most notably with the QuickGPS thinking its data was never up-to-date). If your iPAQ 910c isn't running OS version 1.00.03, you can download that OS from HP's web site and flash your PDA phone. Note that flashing the ROM will wipe out all data on the device. To determine what OS your device is running, reboot it and look at the lower left area of the screen as it boots up- the two of the two numbers shown is the ROM version. Alternatively, you can use HP Asset Viewer on the device to see the OS version. The download is 58 megs.

HP's download is HERE.
