iPhone App: GPush Available in the App Store for Pushing GMail Messages

GPush, the GMail push application for the iPhone, is available today through the Apple App Store. GPush enables iPhone users to instantly receive GMail notifications on their iPhone.

The GPush Application sells for $0.99 in the App store and gives iPhone users the ability to choose how they want to be notified of new email. GPush options include having the iPhone vibrate and ring and having the GPush icon display the number of unread messages received. GPush users also receive previews of incoming emails, displaying the sender?s name and subject headings.

Features include:

* Instantly receive Gmail new message notifications on the iPhone
* Set it and Forget it: All you have to do is download the app and decide how you want to be notified of new email. You never have to open the app again after that.
* Improved battery life: GPush uses less battery since it relies on push notifications rather than data fetching ("pulling")
* Ability to see emails on the standby screen just like text messages
* SSL Security Certificate used to ensure password security for GPush users

You can find the application in the iTunes App Store
