Apple has just released iTunes 9.01. It fixes a variety of important bugs according to Apple. These include:

- issues browsing the iTunes Store
- fixes an issue where iTunes may become unresponsive
- fixes problems syncing podcasts
- fixes album sort issues when multiple discs are involved
- improves syncing with the iPod Touch and iPhone
- Genius now updates to show Genius Mixes
