Tatem Games released updates for the Carnivores: Dinosaur Hunter for both the Full and Lite Editions of the game.

Updates include:

Added support for iPhone 4 Retina Display;
Optimized graphics for high resolution;
Added blood trails;
Adjusted jump height.
