Sony Ericsson today announced Xperia ray Android 2.3 Gingerbread phone with Facebook inside Xperia. The Sony Ericsson Ray features a 3.3" screen, Reality Display with Mobile BRAVIA Engine, an 8.1 mp camera with Exmor R for mobile and 720p recording. It runs on a 1Ghz processor and has a 1500mAh battery. It's a very slim phone measuring 0.37" thin.
