AT&T to Sell the Impulse 4G Android Smartphone for $29.99 with a Contract

ATT today announced it will start selling the Impulse 4G made by Huawai Device USA starting Sept. 18. The Impulse 4G features a 3.8" capacitive WVGA display, a 5 megapixel camera with 720p recording and it runs on Android 2.2 Froyo. The phone will sell for $29.99 with a 2-year contract.
