The Tab 7 Plus is still a nice tablet with a fast CPU and a sharp display. It's actually a bit newer than the A100. The Plus is faster than the Tab 2 7.0, which is meant to be Samsung's version of a budget tablet. The Tab 2 7.0 doesn't have USB host but the 7 Plus does (requires Samsung's optional dongle adapter).
