U.S. Cellular Updates Motorola Electrify M to Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean

Beginning on Tuesday, Feb. 12, U.S. Cellular will begin updating the Motorola Electrify M smartphone with the latest Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean upgrade. Here's more info:

Customers can visit starting on Feb. 12, where they will find information on the Jelly Bean upgrade. Motorola Electrify M users will automatically receive on-device notifications when the update is ready for download. Upon notification, users may then download the update via wi-fi.

The Motorola Electrify M user experience with the Jelly Bean update is a state-of-the-art Android experience that is faster and smoother, with seamless transitions between apps and home screens. A highlight of the Android 4.1.2 update is the new Google Search experience that includes Google Now, which gives users automatic notifications such as traffic alerts, sports scores and weather notices, that are real-time and completely customizable, and Google Voice Search, which allows users to get search results quickly and on-the-go by simply speaking the question directly into their phone. Jelly Bean also includes a host of new capabilities for the camera, browser, user interface, notifications, calendar and widgets.
