HTC Announces HTC One with Nexus User Experience

This isn't specifically made for Google as a Nexus device, but HTC today announced it'll offer a special edition of its popular HTC One with "Nexus User Experience" through the Google Play Store. This special edition device, priced at $599, will be available in the United States (initially) and supported on GSM networks. Out of the box, this special edition HTC One will run Android 4.2.2 with subsequent software updates provided by Google. Here are the details:

The HTC One with Nexus experience comes in 32GB capacity in the same silver casing, has unlockable Bootloader and unlocked SIM support. HTC will continue to sell the Developer Edition HTC One directly on their website and you can still get the carrier versions via your carrier. The HTC One with Nexus User Experience will be available on June 26th in the Google Play Store.
