Re: Samsung Q1 coverage and review- day by day

Before I spend $1000+ I always check out tech support. I called Samsung with a bios-related technical question and was referred to a "Level Two" technical person -- 90 MINUTE WAIT TIME and no option for callbacks! No real tech info on their website. This is not acceptable for a $1000+ item.

I will not buy more expensive Samsung products as a result.
