You are very smart to check out the customer service first. Their website is rather disappointing.

I purchased a Q1 recently and have Samsung Blackjack (Cingular) with data service. I was looking forward to going online wirelessly anywhere using the Bluetooth internet sharing function of the Blackjack. I discovered that this is not possible after being on the phone with the customer service for 2 hours. The Q1's bluetooth apparently is only for connecting with gadgets. (How disappointing!!!) I can still go online with the Blackjack using a USB cable, but this is not what I envisioned from the origami concept.
If anybody knows how I can go around this I would appreciate your help. Thanks!
