I use both Mac and Windows XP...
Sometimes when I synch with the Mac, synchronization fails before the address book/contacts are complete. Last time I lost the last two thirds of my address book. When I tried to restore it from Windows, even though I set it so the desktop would override the handheld... all I managed to do was delete the last 2/3 of the address book on the PC.

It's like this thing is possessed.

Any ideas on how to prevent this from reoccurring?
I don't want to have to re-enter everything by hand (again).
