FM transmitter on a LifeDrive?

(I'm transferring this question from another forum where I've received no replies). I like the convergences offered by the LifeDrive and am very close to purchasing one. I've wondered about something. Most of my mp3 listening will be in the car, where I prefer not using headphones. Can the LifeDrive audio-out be connected to an FM transmitter, e.g. a generic such as Belkin, for playback through the car audio system? (i.e. like an iTrip to an iPod). Has anyone tried this? If so, what were the results? Thanks in advance - if your answer is 'yes' and 'great' or something close, I'll be getting one tomorrow!

Re: FM transmitter on a LifeDrive?

Yes, it will work.

The only experience I have with FM transmitters is with the actual iTrip/iTrip mini... I don't own a LifeDrive (the iTrip is, of course, not compatible with Palms or PocketPCs).

However, I have had great results with both iTrip models, even though I have heard many complaints about them.
