problem with Tungsten T5:Can't hard reset!

I tried all reset methods (soft, warm, hard), but sreen is still bright, with logo palm .
After hard reset, The sreen ask:"erase all datas"
"Up" if yes, I push "up" , but nothing changes, it doens't erase datas, the screen is still bright with logo Palm.
Please help me!

Try the zero out reset, which is the hard reset for the T5.
