Screen size on Sony Clies, thanks.

Hi good evening.
I?m thinking of buying a Sony CLie, I?m between these 3 models:
NX73V, NX80, and NZ90. The only thing I want to know is the size of the screen in inches.
I think they are about 3.8 or 3.9 inches diagonally.

3.8" if I remember correctly.

I think all PalmOs (Sony and Palm(one)) wit HiRes+ screen 320*480 are 3.8"
except Clie UX that are only 3.25"
