Japanese version CLIE PEG-NR70V/J anyway to make it English?

I just got given a Sony Clie PEG-NR70V/J. It's from Japan and I would like to know if it is possible to change the Japanese Language to English? I was told that I could flash the ROM file to do this. Could anyone shed some light. Thanks.

In theory you can could re-flash the device with a different language, but I have no idea where to get those ROMs.
