Samsung i700 Video

So far I have read, and been told, that the Samsung i700 that is made for the US is not video capable. I was wondering if there's any after market software that will make the camera video capable.

You can download the Korean video recorder app made by Samsung. I don't believe there are any 3rd party apps out there.
