XDA II mini - upgrade failed

Hi,
I tried to do a rom upgrade for my XDA II mini. Unfortunately if failed. What can I do to reset it, so that I can use it again.
At the moment I only see SERIAL V1.02 on the screen.

Get it in bootloader mode again (ROM upgrade mode) and try flashing it with the new ROM again.
