Backup For Windows Mobile Needed

I have a HTC Ozone phone.I am looking for a backup solution for my personal data on my phone. Can anyone suggest a tried and tested backup service for windows mobile?

Both Sprite Backup and SPB Backup are excellent solutions that I and many others have used over the years.
