T Mobile Pocket PC runs 2002 right?Can I get 2003

I just recently purchased this unit. I called T mobile and their tech support was totally confused by my question. Is it version 2002? Is their an upgraded to 2003?

I heard the just announced that they'll be offering a 2003 upgrade. I don't recall seeing a date though.
