I appreciate your help with:

I have a pda Toshiba e355 (Windows Mobile 2003) and a Pegasus III Infrared modem

I would like to use this modem (by means of its infrared port) to sync remotely (dial-up) this pda with a Windows XP Professional PC (Compaq Armada E500 with Lucent Win dial-up Modem)

I just would like to synchronize some text files and usual stuff. For this pc and pda I won?t have internet connections, so i would like to sync them with this modem without Internet options.

I would like to know the steps ( both sides: XP and pda) to get this remote synchronization
