2003 SE installation

I'm trying to upgrade Windows Mobile 2003 , I downloaded the upgrade and followed the guide to the letter I get as far as the soft reset and I start the flashtool to load the boot image and nothing happen. This is on a Toshiba e405. When I soft reset the e405 display the message "usb download image" but nothing happen on the progress bar. Any help on this would be appreciated.

You might try hard reseting the PDA before performing the upgrade. Sometimes this helps.
