Temp folder in My Device and Recycle Bin...

Hi, I am using an ipaq 4155... everytime I opened the File Explorer and go to My Device, and open the Temp folder, i see things having the name IMT15CA, IMT1F2A, IMT61E7, Pimagent, etc.. all in varying sizes..... what are these items?? Can I erase them? Are they useful?
Another thing, when I erase a particular program, document or picture, where does it go? Does the ipaq have a recycle bin that stores all these things?
Englighten me please... thank you...

Yes, you can delete temporary files in the temp folder.
Pocket PCs don't have recycle bins, the software is gone when you remove it.
