Pass through

Greetings
This is my first post to the forum so please bear with me if I seem naive!

I am trying to use pass through on my 2210 using internet explorer when cradled, when I enter a url a message box pops up stating that I am unable to connect: I have no modem entries connected, and no network card present. I am sure all settings in ActivSync are correct. Can anyone help shed some light on my problem?

Check the settings for ActiveSync on the desktop to make sure the pass through connection is checked.
