HP customer service and standing behind their products

HP has the worst customer service they won't even warranty a part that costs only pennies it is the antenna cover for the hp ipaq 6315 their faulty product was the reason it fell off they want to charge me $85.00 to replace this part unbelievable! They do not stand behind their products whatsoever they have now lost a long time customer over pennies, I suggest you think twice before purchasing any of their products!!!!!!!

How is this a "Registered Member Deal"?

Do you realize that your whole rant is two enormous, run-on sentences?

I actually had HP fix a hardware issue on an iPaq I bought on eBay, which was well beyond what they would've been required to do... but many PDA vendors have customer service issues.
