SD memory 512MB stoped working

My SD memory stoped working. My Qtek S100 can not detect that the memory is in the divec either can my PC with a SD cardreader. Any suggestion what has gone wrong? I can't format I can't do nothing with it. Is there any more specialized software to low format SD memory via Card reader? In the PC I?m running XP. I have tried the card reader and the SD memory in several PC's also other SD memory works fine in the cardreader and in the Qtek S100 device.

Sounds like the card is defective. Can you return it? Generally formating under Windows using a card reader is the best bet to salvage a card, and you've tried that.
