Palm doesn't offer drivers for Windows Mobile. You could try using someone else's drivers (i.e. Sandisk or Socket) but not guarantees it would work.

I'm not responsible for any issues that may arise, but usually Palm just slaps their brand on top of the ODM (original device manufacturer). So try going to sandisk and download their pocket pc drivers and see if you have luck with that. Good luck.
