Is iGo the only company that makes "power tip" products? Do they have any competition that makes similar and competing products?

The reason I ask is that I have the New Jawbone and it has been forever and iGo still has yet to release a power tip for the New Jawbone. The only one they sell is the A125, which is for the old Jawbone.
