PocketPC 2003 and PC Password Manager

I currently use SplashID on my PC to hold all my passwords etc. I am buying an iPAQ 4150 and would like to buy a Password Manager application which:
1) Works on both the iPAQ and my PC (staying synchronised)
2) Allows you to *quickly* copy and paste passwords (i.e. not have to go to edit the card itself)
3) Can *import* CSV files so I don't have to manually copy across all my info.
Is there anything out there which can do that? What apps do you PPC users use?

Well, for those of you who are interested, having spent several hours trialling the PC elements of InfoSafe Plus, FlexWallet, Mobile Wallet, Code Wallet Pro and eWallet, I would say that eWallet is the most promising looking (good layout, PC/PPC sync and quick(ish) password copying), but it still doesn't import CSV files, and it's the most expensive of the solutions I've seen ($30).

I myself use eWallet. Since I use both Palm OS and Pocket PC, it's also a great solution since it runs on both platforms and my desktop, thus keeping everything in sync.
