IPAQ h6315 pairing with Bluetrek G2 headset

Any ideas on how to do this? I've tried following the generic instructions but it doesn't work. A lot of reviews add that this connectivity is excellent. Please Advise.

We used the instructions in the G2 booklet to pair the devices and it worked properly. Have you tried a soft reset to reboot your 6315?
