Ultra Light Laptop

Hi Everyone,

During my search in shops and online for a convenient writing equipment for my job and hobby, I found it extremely frustrating to find the right pick. I am fully aware of the nicely designed multifunctional and expensive gadgets of all brand names, old and new, from Keyboard Display Unit / Keyboard Pocket PC / Mini Laptop / Organizer / Handheld / Palm / PDA to Pocket PC. And yet I did not find what I needed. I like to write in many languages on the way everywhere. Temporarily, I got some satisfaction with my Toshiba laptop. But it is not exactly the right thing for me. Therefore I will specify these needs and expectations:

?Lightweight: no more than 500 grams.
?Display: around 21 cm X 14 cm TFT or LCD.
?Full size keyboard if foldable, otherwise somewhat reduced size.
?MS Word processing, Excel, PowerPoint in many languages.
?Software: Windows 98 and up including XP Professional. Norton Anti-Virus, Adobe Acrobat.
?Essential connectivity to desktop, laptop, printer, scanner, and hard drive dock with USBs for external floppy drive and CD ROM, i.e. transferability of files to and from the regular MS PC.
?Operated with AC / DC power. Rechargeable external battery with long life.
?Reasonable hard drive, memory, and processor speed.
?Modem for Internet is plus but not must.
?Design: Clamshell fold-over display and resemble highly miniaturized laptops.
?Affordable price. New or used with warranty, and available in Canada through trusted outlet.

The abovementioned features are crucial factors. Thank you very much in anticipation for any advice.
