Sony Vaio PCG-8c3L Hard Drive Replacement

A friend wants me to replace the failed hard drive in his notebook. The warranty is up, so we got a new Hitachi drive, but I don't know how to get access to it. What Screws do I remove to get to it?

I haven't used that particular model, but generally the hard drive is under a door that measures about 2" x 1.5" on the bottom of the notebook. The door is usually retained by a few philips head screws.
