Hi i have a dell axim X50. i have heard and also seen on your forum about recording movies onto a sd or cf card.i have a Hp pavillion a340n PC with a cd writer, dvd rom and Smart media, MMC/SD, CF1/11, MS/MS pro card slots.i want to know if these requirements are enough.how do i actually take a movie from a dvd and put it into a card which can play the movie on my pda.it sounds fascinating and i know by saying that i sound like a dinosaur to u wizards. BUT PLEASE IF SOMEONE COULD TELL ME THE EXACT PROCEDURE OF DOING THIS I WILL REALLY BE GREATFULL.JUST THE THOUGHT OF HAVING MY FAVORITE MOVIES ON A CARD EXCITES ME.THIS IS PURELY FOR PERSONAL USE AND NOT LIKE THAT GUY WHO WAS TRYING TO SELL MOVIES ON A CARD A FEW DAYS BACK ON THIS FORUM. PLEASE HELP QUICK, I NEED TO LEARN TO USE MY PDA TO THE MAX TO REALLY ENJOY THE BENEFITS OF IT AND IM RELYING ON SUCH FORUMS TO HELP ME OUT. THANK A LOT ASEEM |

Your system has what it takes to make movies for a PDA. However, there are many software applications that can do the job, and the instructions vary for each. One of the easiest is and app called DVD to Pocket PC, which has a very simple process and comes with instructions. |
