some problems

I have an old device, casio e-125 with windows CE 3.0, but i dont know how to browse the internet via cradle (i read about some option in active sync, but i haven't got it), and i can't find any programs for it.

It's been quite a few years since I used that model. . . you might try upgrading to a newer version of ActiveSync if you're still using the version that came with the Casio. It's a free download from www.pocketpc.com .
